We’re so certain that you’ll love your new ADV3NTURE and CLASSIC hoodies so much; we guarantee them for five years! We’ve built this hoodie to last, using the best fabric and zippers, and sewn by the best sewers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in its manufacturing. But, life happens. And when it does, we stand behind our hoodies.
WHAT IS COVERED?
ADV3NTURE’s 5-year guarantee only includes the new ADV3NTURE hoodies and CLASSIC hoodies. It is a commitment we honor, from our sourced materials to each stitch we sew. It covers manufacturing, material and workmanship defects. This includes rips, tears, zipper breaks and even places where the hoodie is worn down.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
All other ADV3NTURE products are covered by our return policy, found here. The hoodie’s 5-year guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents. This includes but is not limited to:
· Changes in fit.
· Extensive wear.
· Abuse of product.
· Disregard for product care or washing instructions.
· Stains including (but not limited to): bleach, sunscreen, chlorine, food, etc.
· Third-party alterations.
· Damage from an animal.
ADV3NTURE maintains the right to inspect the product to ensure coverage. We will do everything possible to honor the guarantee, repairing or facilitating a repair.
WILL I GET A NEW HOODIE?
When you ship us your hoodie for repairs, we will use available thread, fabric patches and zippers to repair it. The repairs won’t bring it completely back to new, but they will add to the character your hoodie takes on over time. Your hoodie is a time capsule of your adventures. Every rip, tear or stain is a story for you. Over time it will become uniquely yours. We want to help make those memories last.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Like our adventures, we embrace the unknown. It may take some time to repair your hoodie, especially if we need to source pieces to mend it. Please have patience while we bring your hoodie back to fighting form. We will keep you updated, and once it’s mended, we’ll ship it back.
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
You incur the cost to ship your hoodie to us. We will take care of the cost to ship it back.
HOW DO I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
