What countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world, except the UK (unfortunately).
Due to changes in VAT with "Brexit", as of 1/1/20, Adv3nture will no longer be shipping to the UK. Please contact info@adv3nture.com for questions.
We hope to be able to work within the new VAT requirements, but are unable to at this time.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, as well as when it is shipped. You can also log into your account at any time to check on your order status.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
How long will take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders with standard shipping typically ship within 24 hours and usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders also ship within 24 hours and usually arrive within 7-14 business days. Your tracking number will provide you with more detailed information.
What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?
It means the world to us that you love your new Adv3nture product, however, we understand that things happen. That’s why if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can send it back to us within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping. See our full return policy here Return Policy.

What's up with your product names?
We want to encourage people to get outside, and disconnect from the digital world so they can reconnect with the natural world. We're as passionate about the environment as we are with making the best possible products. So, we have named our garments after US National Parks.
How does the pillow conversion work?
Every Adv3nture jacket converts into a microfleece travel pillow - just turn the microfleece-lined inner pocket inside-out, fold the jacket inside (as neat or haphazard as you like - there are no rules here), and snap it shut.

Yes! Our jackets can be machine washed on cold - hang or tumble on low heat to dry. Do not iron!
