WHY WE'RE SEEKING INVESTORS
People ask, "if you're doing so well, why do you need investors?" and the short answer is, we've been doing this for six years, we've taken (earned) our bumps and bruises and have proven we're ready to scale up. To do this in the apparel industry requires working capital to increase your MOQ's (minimum order quantities) to lower the cost of goods, increase inventory, introduce new categories, expand on marketing budgets, open new retail locations and rollout with new product quarterly.

How do I know what the value of my shares are?
The current value of a share is outlined on the deal terms at the top of the StartEngine page. All investors are provided access to the Adv3nture investor portal where quarterly updates are posted as well as the annual audit valuation of the company. The annual audit is performed, under regulation, by a 3rd party independent auditing firm.
Do investors get any perks?
Yes! Investors receive perks, such as store credit and discounts in the Adv3nture store. You can view all of the perks on our StartEngine campaign page here
What happens if you sell the company?
If the company is sold, investors would receive payment in the value of their shares.
Will you open up future rounds of investing?
While we have no plans for another Reg CF, it is a possibility.
