It means the world to us that you love your new Adv3nture product, however, we understand that things happen. That’s why if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can send it back to us within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping.

Returns
If you aren’t happy, we’re not happy. If it’s within 14 days, email us at support@adv3nture.com and we’ll send you a prepaid label. After we receive your item and verify it is in the original condition with all the original tags, we’ll refund your original form of payment minus the cost of shipping it back to us and putting into inventory.

Exchange
Wrong size? Not what you were looking for? You can exchange a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchase for an identical item or store credit. All returns must be the same condition you received it. All original tags and receipts must be included. We’ll provide a shipping address for you to send the product to us and we’ll ship you the correct item, or issue a store credit. Email us at support@adv3nture.com to get started.

Exchange Defective Items
We stand by our product. If it is defective, that’s no good for anyone. If you received a broken, torn, or otherwise defective item, let us know and we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same item or store credit. Email us at support@adv3nture.com to get started.

Other things you should know
•    All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
•    All refunds will go back to the original form of payment only.
•    All returns and exchanges are examined by us after they are received. Refunds and new products are typically issued within 48 hours.
•    Adv3nture reserves the right to research the original purchase and limit or decline refunds or exchanges.
